It was founded in 1986 as a consultancy firm for the German public and industrial sectors. It later became a subsidiary of the AKDB Group, combining extensive experience in the IT sector with the application of the most innovative technologies.
Our parent company was founded in Bavaria in 1971 to provide data processing services to local authorities, regional authorities and town councils within the German public administration. It is now one of the leading players in digital transformation in Germany.
